Lusso Tan Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Lusso Tan Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before beginning any promotional activity.

1. General Overview

The Lusso Tan Affiliate Program (“the Program”) allows approved affiliates (“Affiliates”) to earn commission by promoting Lusso Tan products using unique tracking links. Participation in the Program is subject to compliance with all terms listed below.

2. Eligibility & Approval

Affiliates must apply and be approved by Lusso Tan.

Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of Lusso Tan.

Lusso Tan reserves the right to remove or suspend any Affiliate at any time for breach of these terms or misuse of the Program.

3. Products & Compensation

3.1 Free Products

Lusso Tan does not send free products upfront.
This policy ensures that affiliates who participate are genuinely committed to promoting the brand. Lusso Tan will gift selected affiliates at the start of every month.

3.2 Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales tracked through their unique affiliate link:

8% commission during discounted promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, seasonal sales).

20% commission on full-price product sales made directly through the Lusso Tan website.

3.3 Additional Incentives

Lusso Tan may offer weekly and monthly incentives, including:

Cash prizes on top of base commission

PR hampers or reward bundles

Other promotional bonuses based on performance

Incentives may change at any time and are awarded at Lusso Tan’s discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Commission is calculated on completed, fully-paid orders only.

Commission is paid at the end of each month, with the next scheduled payout on Monday (or the next business day if applicable).

Refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled orders are not eligible for commission.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up to date.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

Promote Lusso Tan ethically, honestly, and in alignment with brand guidelines.

Avoid false claims, misleading statements, or misrepresentation of products.

Use only the official affiliate link/code provided for tracking purposes.

Maintain active promotional efforts- the more consistent the activity, the more earning potential.

Affiliates must not:

Engage in spam, fake engagement, or any deceptive marketing practices.

Use Lusso Tan branding for paid ads without written permission.

Offer personal discounts or alter pricing beyond what Lusso Tan officially provides.

6. Intellectual Property

All Lusso Tan logos, images, trademarks, and marketing materials remain the property of Lusso Tan. Affiliates may use approved materials for promotional purposes only.

7. Termination

Lusso Tan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate for:

Violating these Terms & Conditions

Misrepresenting the brand

Inactivity over an extended period
Upon termination, all commission eligibility ends immediately.

8. Changes to the Program

Lusso Tan may update these Terms & Conditions or modify the Program (including commission rates and incentives) at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
