7 Makeup Tips That Let Your Tan Do The Talking

If your skin has been tanned by the sun, it’s more likely to be dehydrated. You’ll want to pay extra attention to moisturiser, SPF and apply a primer to ensure what ever follows applies smoothly without drying out or looking cakey.
